Delights and wonder
greenery and bugs
and birds pulling scraps
from the CVS trash to build nests
above the lighted "V"
Our dog has learned to catch cookies
and a mystery
related to the groggy sadness
of my love is solved,
or hopefully solved.
Spring is a rainy windy
sunny blessing with birds in her hair.
And green leafy magic
forgive me for a poem so full of
lush skulduggery.
